Q 1. How does an alternator work?

Ans. An alternator has to supply energy to the vehicle and for that it first has to collect that energy and that energy is produced by the rotation of serpentine belt and pulley which is stored in the battery. But before supplying it to the other parts of the vehicle it needs to be converted from AC to DC current.
